Opmerkingen 
Deze bepaling kadert in het opsporen van primaire immuundeficiënties (PID). Bij elke klinische vraag naar uitwerking PID zal in eerste lijn deze oriëntatietube ingezet worden. Afhankelijk van het resultaat van deze tube en andere testen zullen de bijkomende EuroFlow tubes ingezet worden (SCID/RTE tube, isotypetubes en de T-cel tube).
